Characteristics of polyester yarn: excellent physical and mechanical properties, high elasticity, good heat resistance, easy to wash and dry, but poor moisture absorption performance, poor dyeing, easy to pimp, easy to generate static electricity, but now there are anti-static polyester yarn, this anti-static and conductive fiber (such as: metal, metal wire, conductive resin composite fiber); Sunlight fiber and ceramic fiber (ceramic powder applied to functional fiber heat storage and insulation effect); Anti-uv fiber: antibacterial anti-odor fiber, color changing fiber; Air conditioning phase change fiber (hollow plus micro stranded table); Flame retardant fiber; Carbon fiber; Aramid fiber; Wool fibers (e.g., wool, cashmere, mohair, rabbit, camel, yak, alpaca); Silk fibers (mulberry silk, tussah silk, spider silk, etc., the advantages are light, good strength, generally used for body armor, parachutes, sewing thread, etc.). The characteristics of nylon yarn are: strong, good wear resistance, good elasticity, mothproof, mildew proof, good wear resistance, easy dyeing (that is, better color fastness than polyester), slippery feel than polyester, but poor moisture absorption, easy to produce static electricity, sensitive to acid, poor heat and light resistance, ironing temperature should be controlled below 140℃. Conformal property is not good, no polyester crisp, easy to wrinkle deformation.
