They can play bunching, lubrication, reduce friction coefficient, antistatic and other roles, but also have their own special functions and adaptability, even for the same kind of filament, because of the processing equipment and post-processing process is different, the characteristics of the required oil agent should also be different.
Polyester filament oil can be divided into spinning oil and finished oil, the basic properties of the oil are the same, but the performance of spinning oil is higher than that of finished oil.
First, the basic performance of the oil agent

The coefficient of static friction (μs) and the coefficient of dynamic friction (μd) between silk and silk (F/F), silk and metal (F/M) and silk and rubber (F/R) are often expressed.
